Mama Fina’s: A Family and Culinary Legacy

Mama Fina’s, founded by Bicol-native Carmen “Aming” Sy Dolor, is a celebration of Filipino cuisine and family heritage. Inspired by her mother Delfina “Mama Fina” Dolor’s recipes, Aming turned homesickness into a culinary dream. 

Starting with a single restaurant in New Jersey in 2004, Mama Fina’s has since expanded to New York City, offering a variety of sizzling sisig dishes and other Filipino favorites. Aming’s journey reflects the power of family, entrepreneurship, and the love for Filipino food.
